Welcome
We provide free, inclusive, and confidential support and information to anyone, of any gender (age 13+), in Shetland affected by any form of sexual violence. This includes survivors, as well as family, friends, and supporters.
We believe you
We can support you after a recent incident or if you experienced sexual violence in the past, whether as an adult or as a child. The Compass Centre is a safe, comfortable space where you can be you.
We listen to you
You don’t have to talk about anything you don’t want to. We will give you the time and space to talk about what is important to you, and we will listen to what you have to say. We work with you at your own pace to find a way forward after trauma.
We help you find your own way forward
We can support you to re-engage with things that bring you joy and help you to discover new things that help you to feel safe and well. In a safe and confidential space, we empower you to engage with your emotions, and to heal.
You are not alone
